Support is available for Windows NT Server, Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2003 Server including Small Business edition. We also provide technical support for Microsoft Services such as Exchange Server 5.5 & 2003 and ISA server.
Server Support and Server Maintenance can be conducted both remotely using non-evasive, encrypted Remote Control software that does not install on your servers but runs natively, or alternatively, Engineers are available for on-Site support.
